 Ronae Spencer is a graduate of Alabama State and Troy University Alum where I majored in Rehabilitation Psychology. I have special interests in Athlete and adolescents minds. I am the mother to a 5 year old son, and I am also a Licensed Real estate Agent and Personal Trainer. My long time goal is to intermix fitness and mental health, creating a unique holistic approach to living your healthiest life
